SCRIMMAGE REPORT. South Carolina held a scrimmage for the young players on Wednesday night at Williams-Brice Stadium. Despite the threat of rain, a large crowd showed up to cheer on the Gamecock players. However, in the opinion of head coach Steve Spurrier, the scrimmage did not go well for the offense after the first couple of possessions. Spurrier spoke with the media after it was over.
