Spurrier held his weekly press conference on Tuesday:Spurrier wants a nickname for rivalry. Huge game with 2 Top 10 teams.Defense has played well against Clemson in the past. USC needs fans to scream and yell and stay quiet when USC has the ball.Young linebackers have improved a lot since season started. Vic Hampton has played very well in last few games.USC defense must get pressure on Boyd. Clowney will likely get double-teamed again. Others need to step up.Elliot Fry has done a great job this yr. USC didn't know who kicker would be in fall camp.Clemson has one of the top defensive fronts USC has faced this season.USC won't pay any attention to Mizzou-Texas A&M because USC has no control over that game.Prolific passing attack by Clemson. Probably best USC has faced this season. Need to get pressure up front. Win game at LOS.Beating Clemson 5 straight times? Haven't talked about it much at all.All RBs healthy. Mike Davis will start with Carson, Wilds & Smith.SOS praises Dabo Swinney and says he has a great wife. One of the nicest ladies you'll meet.SOS on Clowney saying some QBs were "scared" of him. That's summertime talk. SOS says if he had to choose between winning SEC championship or beating Clemson, he would take former. But he understands importance of beating Clemson as well.Being 25-5 is very special for Shaw. Could go down as best QB in school history. 20 to 1 TD pass to INT ratio.
