Quick practice recap
No. 10 South Carolina practiced Tuesday night and Gamecock Central was there. A complete practice report will follow shortly.
Defensive coordinator Lorenzo Ward said Kelcy Quarles is a full-go for Clemson and that Brison Williams still practiced Tuesday but was limited. He should be available for Saturday, Ward said.
Ward also said in preparing for Clemson, the Tigers don't look much different from a season ago.
Linebackers coach Kirk Botkin said neither Jonathan Walton (mild concussion) nor Cedric Cooper (groin) practiced today but that both should return to practice tomorrow and be available to play if needed on Saturday. Botkin also said the Tigers look similar on film to last year's team with the exception that they rely on the pass more than they did previously.
Botkin said the way things stand, the trio of Sharrod Golightly, Skai Moore and Kaiwan Lewis should start. The three have started together the previous three games.
INJURY REPORT: Missing practice or in yellow jerseys Tuesday besides Walton and Cooper were Devin Washington (concussion), Jordan Diaz (knee sprain) and Mike Matulis (shoulder).
UP NEXT: South Carolina will practice tomorrow afternoon.
