March 7, 2009 – 8:30 a.m. – Seawell's
At our first meeting of the year, Coach Tanner will be on hand to discuss the upcoming season, our amazing new Carolina Stadium, and will also be available to answer any questions any of you may have.

April 4, 2009 – 8:30 a.m. – Seawell's
Save the above date and time for this meeting. Also, please forward any suggestions that any of you may have for a speaker at this meeting or our last meeting of the year.

May 16, 2009 – 8:30 a.m. – Seawell's
Again, save the above date and time for our last meeting of the spring. A speaker will be determined at a later date.

Please RSVP at GamecockDugout@aol.com if you plan to attend. This is very important! We don't ever want to have to turn anyone away from any of our meetings due to inadequate space, so please RSVP for each meeting once you know you'll be able to join us.


MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION (Membership Form)

Membership in the Gamecock Dugout Club entitles you to a year of events and fun with the University of South Carolina Gamecock baseball team and other Gamecock Dugout Club members. With club membership you will be the first to meet the team, attend team functions when sponsored by the club, and attend other club functions at our breakfast or luncheon meetings in the spring.

These events will be included in your membership dues for all levels for the 2009 season:

• Spring Breakfasts or Luncheons - The three breakfasts or luncheons take place in the spring before games. Coach Tanner will speak at the first meeting about the outlook for the upcoming season and the future of the Gamecocks, and will discuss the new ballpark.

• Mail-outs - Members will receive mail-outs to include pocket schedules, a team roster, and a USC baseball media guide. This is all included as a part of the membership.

• Meet the team picnic or USC Baseball Banquet - Coach Tanner will decide at a later date if we'll have a picnic or banquet, hopefully, that would be held in the fall of '09. More information will follow concerning this event later in the year.
