Gamecocks linebacker transferring
South Carolina linebacker Sherrod Pittman plans to transfer from the program, Gamecock Central has learned.
The former Jacksonville (Fla.) First Coast standout played in three games this past season as a redshirt freshman and collected two tackles.
A former four-star prospect according to Rivals, Pittman broke his leg during his senior season and spent his freshman season continuing to rehab the injury.
