November 29th
The Spartans play host to Minnesota and the game could have significant meaning. The Spartsn will play host to the Gophers who may or may not still have chance at the divison title. Coach Dantonio and the Sparts nstaff will host Kiy Hester of High School on an officla visit that weekend.

Hester is a 4-star recruit who was origiannly committed to Rutgers, but has recentl re-opened his recruitment. He is very fanmilar with Michigan State having camped ther back in the summer of 2012 His prinmary recruirter is Coach Pat Narduzzi and he has developed a strong rapport with him obve rteh past 2-years.

1st Week of December:

An exact date has not been set, but defense end Darius Slade of Montclair High school in New Jersyey infored thathe will be making his colleg choice shortly after returning from him official visit to Loincoln, Nebrasak which will occur the weekdn of Novemebr 29th.
As far as the Spartsnm's chances with Slade, he has inedicate dthat Michigan sta eis his top choice. One big positive the Sparts have going for tyem is the facthat they are moving to the Esatern Division of the Big Ten. Every opponent the Spartsn play will be in driving distcnce from New Jerstye and Rutgers, Penn State anmd Maryland are all within 3 hours.

December 4th:
The Spartsn basketball team will host the North Carolina tar heels that night. The Sparsn football team will most liey be preparing for their Big Ten Championship game against the Ohio State Buckeyes. The football team will be hosting numerous top Class of 2015 football recruits that night on unofficla vists. Players such as Brian Cole of Saginaw Heristahge High school, Mike Weber and Josh Alabi of Detroit Cass Tech High school, Kyonat Stallworth of South Lake High School and Thompson of Martin Luth King High School will likely all be on campus to see the Sparans and tar Heels in action.

Dec 18th
This is junior college mid-year national Signing Day. Michigan State is looking to add a mid-year junior college offensebv tackle to the class and this is the date they hope to get good news. As of this point the Spartsbn have offererd and hosted David Hedelin of City Colleg of San Francisco. Hedelin is a 4-star recruit with an extensive offer list. He just fisniehse his season last week and plasn on takeing severa visits between now and December 18th
The other junior colleg offensive tacke of note that is a mid-year player is Miguel Machado of Pasadena Community College in California. Machado does not have a Sparrtsn offer at this point, but he hhas been in frequent contact with Offensiev Line Coch Mark State so a visit is a distinct possibility.
The Spartsn will be unable to host players the weekend of December 6th due to the Big ten Championship game, but the may look to bring Machado in the weekend of December 13th. At that point the staff may have a good feeling of where they stand with Hedelin and will also been able to fully evaluate Macahdo's film.

Sometime in Decembr:
4-star defensve back Parrker Westphal of Illinois is expected to slect between Michiganm state, Northwestern and Vanderbilt. Westpahl has already visited Michigqan Stat eand vandrbilt and will take an official visit to Northweste the weeken of the 6th. If the Wildcats were not 0-6 in the Big Ten westphal may have already pulled the trigger. The academic aspect of Northwestern is a stong pull for him. With that being said, Westpahl would like to compete for championships and hopefully continue his football career after college. The Sparstn seem to be the better fit when it comes to those criteria.

December 25th: If is very possible that come the Christams Holidat the Spartsn recruiting class will have 2 more additions. It does not take 3 wise men to figure out that Darius Slade and David Hedelin would be excellent additions to the Green and White.
