Tuberville makes stop at Armwood

Auburn head coach Tommy Tuberville went out on the road evaluating prospects and commitments last Thursday and Friday. One of his first stops was Armwood High School in Seffner, Fla.

Tuberville, lead recruiter Greg Knox and linebacker coach James Willis all made the trip to the Sunshine State Thursday to check in on two of the Tigers' top remaining targets, athlete Mywan Jackson and linebacker Petey Smith.

"All three of them came," said Jackson, 5-foot-11, 170-pounds. "It was good to see them. They couldn't talk, but I was glad to see them there. Coach Tuberville and coach Willis left before our game, but coach Knox stayed and watched."
