USC remains No. 1 in poll

South Carolina remained No. 1 in the Baseball America rankings released today after a taking two of three from then-No. 21 Ole Miss.

The Rebels moved up a spot to No. 20 in Baseball America and are No. 18 in Collegiate Baseball.

The Gamecocks are No. 1 in the Collegiate Baseball poll, while in the USA Today Baseball Top 25 Coaches Poll, South Carolina dropped to No. 2.

In the Perfect Game USA poll, the Gamecocks are ranked No. 2, up a spot from last week.

South Carolina (18-1) plays at The Citadel tomorrow at 7 p.m. before traveling to play No. 21 Kentucky in Lexington beginning Friday at 6:30 p.m.
