Alshon Jeffery went from beating Alabama and celebrating bowl victories at South Carolina to becoming a world champion.
The former Gamecock receiver helped lead the Eagles to a 41-33 win over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl 52 Sunday.

Jeffery finished with three catches for 73 yards and caught the game's first touchdown over another Patriots cornerback.
This is Jeffery's first Super Bowl win and he became the first South Carolina player to score a touchdown in football's biggest game.

It was also former Gamecock Duce Staley's first Super Bowl win as a coach. Staley is the Eagles' running backs coach and was a player on the Pittsburgh Steelers' championship team in 2005.
