Each week, the Spotlight takes a special look at South Carolina commitment or target who had an especially good game the previous week.

South Carolina class of 2019 linebacker commit and Crisp County (Ga.) standout Ahdarrious Gee had 7 tackles, including a sack, and two quarterback hurries Friday night.

Gamecock Central's Take: Listed at 6-foot-1, 203-pounds, there was a time when Gee might have been called undersized, but with the proliferation of the spread offense throughout college football, Gee looks like the perfect future modern day WILL linebacker as a junior in high school as long as he adds some weight to his frame in college.

A super productive prep prospect, Gee has a nose for the football and plays the game with a physicality. Gee looks equally comfortable rushing off the edge, playing in space and mixing it up against the run, which is why I like him at the WILL. Gee plays the game with a reckless abandon that should make him a strong fit for Will Muschamp and Travaris Robinson's style. He also should excel on special teams early in his career.
