The state of South Carolina's top 2017 prospect, Mount Pleastant (S.C.) Wando four-star wide receiver OrTre Smith is set to announce his college decision today during a birthday ceremony.
While the birthday party is slated to begin around 4:00, Smith's decision announcement is expected to take place around 6-6:30 this evening.
Smith will announce from a final four of South Carolina, Clemson, Georgia and North Carolina.
Ranked the top prospect in the state of South Carolina's 2017 class, Smith is considered the No. 12 wide receiver and No. 85 overall prospect.
