Fuller, a 6-foot, 200-pounder rated as a four-star prospect by Rivals.com, chose South Carolina over offers from Arkansas, Clemson, Maryland, Miami, Michigan, North Carolina, NC State, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, and several others.
The talented pass-catcher announced his decision on ESPNU Friday night, putting the cap on a recruiting process that saw the Gamecocks lead for him from the beginning.
"They were the first school to offer me," Fuller told ESPN after announcing. "They just showed me so much love. Coach (Jay) Graham, Steve Spurrier, Jr., they just made me feel at home from day one. I'm just so glad they're the school I'm going to go play with."
The North Carolina product is the twelfth verbal commitment in the 2012 class for South Carolina.
