Kobe Smith has his first NFL contract.

The Gamecock defensive lineman has inked a free agent deal with the Tennessee Titans, according to NFL.com's Tom Pelissero.

Smith didn't have dominating numbers but was one of the more consistent defensive tackles the last four seasons under Will Muschamp, posting 84 career tackles and two sacks in 35 career games.

He'll get a chance to play with a team that made it to the AFC title game last year and has one Gamecock—former kicker Ryan Succop—on its roster currently.
