Tuesday post-practice quick-hitters compiled by Collyn Taylor:

** Wide receiver Deebo Samuel says he feels great but is going to take the bye week to continue to rehab his hamstring.

** Cornerbvack Chris Lammons said he's working on punt return now and that he's comfortable with it because he returned those in high school.

** Lammons said one of the biggest differences this year is the energy level and the coaching. He said Muschamp and defensive coordinator Travaris Robinson really try to correct mistakes more so than just yell at players.

** Defensive end Marquavius Lewis said the bye is coming at a good time because it gives players a chance to get healthy again.

** Defensive back Steven Montac said he's been going to the coaches whenever he can for individual film sessions and it's really helped him progress in the secondary, especially at safety.
