Signee capsule: Kylic Horton

The 2022 recruiting class for South Carolina Gamecocks football continues to take shape with signatures rolling in during the first day of the December early signing period.

The latest prospect to officially ink with the Gamecock program is three-star WR Kylic Horton.

Other scholarship offers: Virginia Tech.

Why South Carolina? "It's my dream school, home town. I love it. (Coach Stepp) said he loved the way I play. He said he loved me and he's offering me a full scholarship to attend South Carolina. "I think Coach Stepp is a great coach. He's honest. He's going to tell if you're doing something wrong and he's going to tell you if you're doing something right. And that's the kind of coach I like."
