Columbia (S.C.) Ben Lippen class of 2018 three-star wide receiver Bryce Thompson is already committed to Virginia Tech, but that didn't stop South Carolina from extending an offer to the 6-foot, 185-pound prospect on Friday afternoon.
Thompson, who played at Dutch Fork last season, committed to the Hokies this summer.
He also holds offers from Coastal Carolina, East Carolina and Western Carolina, but the word appears to be out, so expect that offer list to expand in the coming weeks.
