The Contenders: Georgia, South Carolina
Overview: A Georgia commit who visited South Carolina over the weekend, the Gamecocks showed him a good time, but the pass-rusher is expected to stick with Georgia.
The Announcement: 9 a.m.
The Contenders: South Carolina, Mississippi State
Overview: An athletic offensive tackle prospect with big-time upside, Carty took an official visit to South Carolina over the weekend and it went extremely well. The Gamecocks have been in good shape here for some time.
The Announcement: Noon
The Contenders: South Carolina, Virginia Tech
Overview: A long-time South Carolina lean, Virginia Tech closed the gap towards the end of the process and gave the in-state pass-rusher plenty to consider. He'll announce his decision between the two today, though the in-state school should win out in the end.
The Announcement: 10 a.m.
The Contenders: South Carolina, Southern Cal
Overview: Previously a South Carolina commit, Kinlaw decommitted from the Gamecocks in November, but never stopped heavily considering them. Kinlaw took official visits to both USCs, but said following his South Carolina trip that he's "100 percent South Carolina," even though he hasn't technically re-committed yet.
The Announcement: 10 a.m.
The Contenders: South Carolina, Tennessee
Overview: One of the southeast's best defensive linemen, Sterling took officials to South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and N.C. State. The one-time Alabama commit and Under Armour All-American will announce between the Gamecocks and Vols this morning.
The Announcement: 2:15 p.m.
The Contenders: South Carolina, Georgia
Overview: The most heated battle of the recruiting cycle for South Carolina, Williams committed to the Gamecocks in the summer, but Georgia has pushed hard for a flip in the final months of the process. Williams visited both schools in January with a final decision coming today.
