Three freshmen honored

Three Gamecock footbal players were selected by the league's coaches to the All-SEC Freshman Team, which was released on Thursday.
Pharoh Cooper, from Havelock (N.C.) made the team as an all-purpose player on offense as well as a return specialist in the special teams category. Cooper has caught three passes for 54 yards and a touchdown, rushed 18 times for 193 yards and a touchdown, and is two for three passing for 29 yards and a score on the season. He also has nine punt returns for 40 yards and has returned 13 kicks for a total of 316 yards.

Kicker Elliott Fry was the second USC selection to the team. The Texas native is 15/18 on field goals this season with a long of 45 and 50/51 on extra points.
Finally, Cooper City (Fla.) native Skai Moore rounds out USC's representation on the team this season. For the year, Moore is the team's leading tackler with 51 stops. He has also added 3.5 tackles for loss, half a sack, two interceptions, and a fumble recovery.
