Head coach Will Muschamp announced on Sunday that sophomore Korey Banks will move from wide receiver to cornerback.

Banks saw the field as a true freshman during the 2016 season. He played in six games, catching one pass (five yards) in the Birmingham Bowl against South Florida.

Banks was in Muschamp's initial signing class in Columbia, the 2016 group, and was ranked by Rivals.com as a three-star prospect out of Sandy Creek High in Georgia.
