Ryan Hilinski adds two touchdowns in shootout loss

South Carolina quarterback commit Ryan Hilinski added two more touchdowns and 229 yards to his resume on 20 of 40 passing Friday night as Orange Lutheran (Calif.) fell 37-35 in a shootout with Mission Viejo.

The 6-foot-4, 218-pounder has now completed 106 of 166 passes for 1,265 yards and 16 touchdowns through five games this season.

Hilinski, ranked the No. 3 pro-style quarterback in the 2019 class, committed to South Carolina in April and since has spent countless time recruiting others to join him in Columbia.

Hilinski will graduate in December and enroll at South Carolina in January.

South Carolina tight end commit KeShawn Toney had another huge game grabbing nine receptions for 110 yards and a touchdown against Ridge Spring-Monetta Friday night.

South Carolina tight end commit Traevon Kenion scored two touchdowns in Wake Forest's 42-7 win over Franklinton.

If you missed it, South Carolina class of 2020 running back commit Mecose Todd's 90-yard touchdown run was featured on ESPN's SportsCenter Friday night.
