Dramatic ESPN headlines aside, the sun did rise at Williams-Brice Stadium Monday. When it did, it revealed a Flawless looking field, as you can see in this image posted by Justin King on Twitter.

Last week's Beyonce and Jay-Z concert did indeed cause South Carolina to have to replace the sod at Williams-Brice, but it's something the school prepared for (and the concert promoters paid for).

And it certainly appears that Williams-Brice Stadium and its turf will be more than ready for Saturday's season opener against Coastal Carolina.
