The South Carolina football team will go with a rarely used uniform combination for this Saturday’s matchup with Auburn.

The Gamecocks announced Thursday that they’ll wear black helmets with garnet jerseys and garnet pants against the Tigers.

South Carolina last used that uni combo in 2017 against Clemson.

The Gamecocks and these Tigers will kick off at noon Saturday at Williams-Brice Stadium on ESPN.
