Cobb commits

South Carolina added more size in the post on Monday with the commitment of Baltimore (Maryland) St. Frances forward Eric Cobb.

The 6-foot-9, 235-pounder announced his pledge to USC during a ceremony at his school today. Boston College, Old Dominion, Seton Hall, UMass, VCU, and Washington also offered and/or were involved with Cobb's recruitment.
Cobb was committed to Kansas State for over a year before decommitting and opening things up in April. He visited Seton Hall, South Carolina, and VCU after decommitting from the Wildcats.
"I feel that I can trust Coach Martin because we have similarities on the environment we were raised in," Cobb told GamecockCentral.com. "I feel like he's going to have my back through whatever and it's going to be the same on my side too."
Cobb is the fifth member of Frank Martin's 2015 recruiting class, joining P.J. Dozier, Chris Silva, Jamall Gregory, and Travon Bunch (not yet signed).
