Commitment spotlight: LB Ernest Jones with big game

South Carolina linebacker commitment Ernest Jones had nine tackles, one tackle for loss, two forced fumbles, two QB hurries, and a pass breakup in Ware County's 27-9 victory over East Lake Friday.
Gamecock Central's Take: We were impressed with the 6-foot-2, 210-pound Jones' stature when we saw him at South Carolina's camp this past weekend and he just looks like an SEC linebacker. It appears that Jones is having a productive senior season on the field as well. Jones plays downhill and makes plays behind the line of scrimmage from his linebacker position and is also charged with helping other players get lined up in Ware County's defense.
