Accolades: Two-time All-State selection, News-Press Fort Myers Player of the Year in 2016, 2017. Helped squad to back to back state championship. As a junior averaged 17.7 points, 4.4 assists, and 4 steals. Helped USC Basketball win a bronze medal in the FIBA U17 World Cup in 2016.
Staley's Take: "Destanni is the gem of all point guards in her class," Staley said. "I'm especially excited to add another quality guard who has great court vision, impacts both sides of the ball and loves to create shots for others."
ELYSA WESOLEK

School: Charleston (South Carolina) Northwood Academy
Accolades: Helped Northwood Academy to three 3A state championships. Has scored over 1,000 points in her high school career and earned 3A Player of the Year honors in addition to being a three-time SCISA All-State selection. She posted 19.5 points and 9.2 rebounds per game as a senior.
Staley's Take: "Elysa is a dynamic player who can play multiple spots on the floor," Staley said. "Her ability to rebound and shoot the ball from both the paint and the perimeter will complement our team. What excites us equally is that Elysa is a proven winner with three state championships under her belt; and we look forward to her bringing that championship mindset to Gamecock Nation."

School: Camden (New Jersey) Woodrow Wilson/Clemson Transfer
Accolades: Missed the 2017-18 season at Clemson due to shoulder injury. In three previous seasons, averaged 11 points and 2.5 assists. Ranked 12th in the ACC with 14.3 points per game as a sophomore. In high school, helped her team to a 2014 state championship and finished as her school's all-time leading scorer. One of just 24 players in South Jersey history to record at least 2,000 points.
