South Carolina is heading to Athens in two weeks for a big-time time slot for the SEC.
The Gamecocks Nov. 4 game will kick off between the hedges at 3:30 p.m. on CBS, the conference announced Monday. SEC games on CBS are usually reserved for the best match ups of the week.

It's the first game on CBS since Nov. 12 against Florida last year and the first mid-afternoon kickoff on the network since 2014 against Georgia. That game was delayed, though, because of rain.
The Gamecocks are 5-5 in the last 10 games against Georgia, and 2-3 in that span at Sanford Stadium with the last win coming in 2011. The last trip to Athens was a 52-20 loss.

Georgia (7-0, 4-0 SEC) are coming off a bye week after throttling Missouri 53-28. The Bulldogs will play Florida in Jacksonville Saturday before heading home to host the Gamecocks.
South Carolina was also on a bye week last week and will host Vanderbilt at 4 p.m. on the SEC Network for homecoming weekend before hitting the road.
