The Associated Press Top 25 was released on Tuesday and the Gamecocks finished No. 8. The Gamecocks are in the Top 25 for a school-record 47th consecutive week, and finished in the Top 10 for the second straight year.
USC finished No. 7 in the USA Today/coaches' Top 25.
