#9 in Coaches poll. Media picked us to win SEC East.
Players get along with each other. Great effort in post-practice running.
Mike Davis - running around last night. Might practice tonight. Other 3 running backs look good, though.
Spurrier takes question from Ron Morris. Says, "You're back asking questions, aren't you?" Question about QBs going to see gurus.
Freshman DBs have showed they can play. Samuels has showed he can play.
Nosovitch playing WR - Coaches finding a way to get him on the field. One of the fastest shuttle times on the team. Could play WR, slot back, Wildcat QB. Not as good of a passer as the other QBs.
Spurrier talking about fundaising.
How are OL judged these days? Not as much straight ahead blocking these days.
Feels A.J. Cann will have the best year of his career.
Various ways to win games.
Spurrier on 22 secondary violations - one of them was excessive icing on the cake. Mentions the Whitney. Doesn't address 'icing' issue directly.
Game is a lot safer now. Supports new rules protecting players.
Schollies for walkons? Carlton Heard "leading the pack." Top guy right now.
Autonomy? SOS supports full cost of attendance scholarships. Also supports $200 per player on the road so parents can travel to games.
Dylan Thompson - Ready to go and leading the team. Didn't get much preseason hype, but that is fair.
2 good teams vs. the West - A&M and Auburn. Good schedule. No consecutive road games.
