South Carolina was defeated 78-70 by Boston University.

A.J. Lawson led the Gamecocks with 22 points, followed by Maik Kotsar with 14.

The Gamecocks (3-1) will host Gardner-Webb at 7 P.M. on Friday November 22nd.
