The Gamecocks defeated Dayton 5-1 on Sunday to get their first sweep of the season.

A 3RBI double from David Mendham in the bottom of the 8th closed the door on the Flyers. Brett Kerry picked up his first win of the year, striking out 4 in 2 innings.
