During the final 10 days until the start of South Carolina's season, Gamecock Central will use each day to take a look at 10 storylines that will most directly affect the success of Carolina's 2018 campaign.
With nine days until gameday, we take a look at the two graduate transfers who should make a major impact this season.

While South Carolina will have to replace three starting defensive backs from last season, the Gamecocks will still have a veteran vibe to this year's secondary, partially due to the addition of two graduate transfers from the state of Texas.
Former Texas A&M standout Nick Harvey has played cornerback, nickelback and safety in practice. The staff now seems to be settling on the idea of his holding down an opening day starting spot at safety.
"He's an extremely bright young man, so that's not been an issue," Will Muschamp said of Harvey playing multiple positions. "He learns well. He's playing nickel as well, so he can do a lot of things for us."
Harvey brings added experience and playmaking ability to the Gamecocks' secondary.
At A&M he appeared in 38 games, including 13 starts at cornerback in his career, collecting 109 tackles and 14 pass break-ups with one interception.
Rice graduate transfer J.T. Ibe was slowed early in fall camp with a hip injury, but Muschamp said earlier this week that Ibe is one of the team's top four safeties at this time.
Ibe played at Rice in 32 games, making 26 starts, and collected 42 tackles last season.
Both players should be major contributors to a secondary that will now feature five seniors.
