Lynn Haven (Fla.) Mosley running back Enrique Davis was arguably the top overall performer at the Athens NIKE Camp. The 6-foot, 212-pound Davis ran the 40-yard dash in 4.39 seconds, turned in 25 reps of 185 pounds on the bench press, showed off a vertical leap of almost 36 inches and sleighed the short shuttle in 4.3 seconds.

Davis also looks great on film, so he's not just a workout warrior, and teams have taken notice.
"I have offers from Auburn, UCF, Ole Miss, Kentucky, Maryland, South Carolina, Nebraska and Indiana," Davis said. "I also like schools like Florida, Florida State, Miami, LSU and Alabama."
South Carolina is the most recent team to offer Davis, and he's well aware of Steve Spurrier's track record.
"I grew up following Florida pretty close, so I know what kind of offenses Coach Spurrier runs," Davis said. "I talked to their running back coach (Robert Gillespie) earlier this week, and he was telling me that they didn't sign a running back in their last class, and that they're looking to two big time backs in this class. He felt like there would be a good chance for me to compete for carries right away, and that's what I'm looking for."
Davis, who rushed for over 1,800 yards and 24 touchdowns last season, attended Auburn's junior day and likes what they have to offer as a program.
"I like how Auburn switches their running backs in and out like they did with Cadillac Williams and Ronnie Brown. Both of those guys went in the first round and had good rookie years. They're not very deep at running back, and they're on me very hard right now."
While Florida hasn't offered, they still rate highly on Davis' list.
"I like them a lot. I've been a fan of them for a while now. That's not to say I would go there for sure if they offered me, but I like them a good bit. Urban Meyer is a great person, and they've been telling me they're looking for a big time back that can excite the crowd every time he steps on the field."
Florida State also has Davis' attention.
"I went to Florida State's game with Maryland last year, and it was good to be able to watch two teams that are recruiting me battle it out like that. FSU always has good running backs, and Bobby Bowden is a good coach."
Miami and LSU round out the list of teams Davis commented on.
"Miami has put out a lot of NFL backs, and most of them go on to the NFL. LSU is another great program, and they told me to expect a scholarship offer either this week or next. They only want to sign one running back this year, and my recruiting coach wants it to be me."
Davis knows exactly what he's looking for in a school.
"The first thing is I want to have a good relationship with the coaches and the players because they're going to be my family for the next four years," he said. "I'm not scared to compete for playing time, but I'm going to be smart about which situation I come into as far as the depth chart goes. The last thing is I either want to go to a team that runs it a lot, or one that spreads it around running it and throwing it."
For now, Davis says he's wide open.
"I like so many of the schools. Auburn, Florida, South Carolina, LSU, Alabama, Miami and FSU. There's just too many to name a few."
