South Carolina head football coach Will Muschamp updated the status of several injured Gamecocks during his weekly Tuesday press conference prior to the Missouri game.
Quarterback Jake Bentley practiced Tuesday and is probable with a knee injury, according to Muschamp.
"He's still sore but it's a long time until Saturday and I think he'll be fine," Muschamp said.
Junior wide receiver Bryan Edwards is also probable for Saturday with an ankle injury and practiced on Tuesday.
"He moved around," Muschamp added. "We'll see how much more he can do tomorrow."
Sophomore safety Jamyest Williams practiced Tuesday and is probable with a shoulder injury.
"I want to see how he handles some contact," Muschamp said. "He was in a non-contact situation."
Tight end Jacob August is currently in the concussion protocol following a hit against Kentucky and Muschamp doesn't have anymore than that on his status.
Senior safety J.T. Ibe is out versus Missouri with a sprained knee. It's not considered serious but he's not likely back until the bye week, according to Muschamp.
Senior linebacker Eldridge Thompson practiced today but is questionable for the Missouri game.
"I don't know that he could be in a full contact scenario," Muschamp said. "I'll know more probably tomorrow and Thursday moving forward."
Josh Belk continues to be slowed with an ankle injury.
Wide receiver Chad Terrell, who tore his ACL in the spring, practiced on Tuesday and will play for the first time this season on Saturday.
